Our Chair-Based Exercise Class is designed to help you stay active, mobile, and confident – all from the comfort and support of a chair. Perfect for older adults, those returning to exercise, or anyone with limited mobility, this friendly and welcoming session focuses on improving:
Each session includes a series of gentle, low-impact movements that can be tailored to suit individual needs. We use light resistance, controlled breathing, and coordination exercises to support your overall wellbeing – both physically and mentally.
When: Thursdays, 2–3 PM
Where: Moggerhanger Village Hall
Cost: £5 per session
