Keep Well Nutrition uses a third party payment provider. There is no access to complete customer payment details available to staff. Refunds or queries made to customer services involving payment, will show only the last 4 digits of your card details, this is for referencing of customer transactions only.

Keep Well Nutrition will keep your personal data for 24 months following your registration or purchase. Once this time has expired, customer data will be removed from our database.

Keep Well Nutrition would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our direct partner companies. Please note that once you have booked a appointment with us time is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session time will not be charged. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Frequent cancelling may also result in a refusal of future appointments. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will be refunded the session amount, minus the service fee from either the card or PayPal payment. Failing to attend any session is considered a late cancellation, that session will not be eligible for re-scheduling or refund.

Cancellations

Please note that once you have booked one of our longer plans (e.g., 12-Week Health and Nutrition Exercise Plan), time is reserved exclusively for you. Your, ‘Start Date, should begin 7 days after your purchase. The first One to One consultation, in your selected plan ‘marks’ the first day of the plan. If you cancel your  plan less than 72 hours prior to the schedule appointment a 17 % fee (includes service fee for card or PayPal payment) is applied.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Rescheduling of Appointments:

There will be no rebooking/ cancellation  fee applied if notification for a change of booking is made within 72 hours prior to the appointment time. Appointments can only be rescheduled once (1) within 28 days period ‘time and date’ of original scheduled appointment, after which fees are not refundable.
