Before dedicating myself fully to Health Coaching, I had the privilege of working in the stunt and film industry as part of a stunt team. Alongside being a stunt assistant and health Coach, I also served as a precision driver and Physical Therapist. It was an exciting and demanding role that required focus, coordination, and adaptability - qualities I’ve carried into every aspect of my career.
What I love most about my work is seeing the transformations people achieve, not just in their physical health but in their confidence and outlook on life. Whether it’s navigating dietary challenges, building strength, or balancing wellness with a busy lifestyle, I’m here to support and guide you.
