Online Personal Fitness Coaching offers a flexible and convenient way to achieve your health and fitness goals from the comfort of your home. With personalised workout plans tailored to your specific needs, fitness level, and goals, this service provides one-on-one guidance from an experienced coach.
Initial Consultation (1 hour)
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your current health, eating habits, and weight goals. During this 1-hour session, we’ll create a personalised strategy based on your lifestyle and preferences, ensuring that the plan is realistic and achievable for the next 8 weeks.
Customised Nutrition Plan
You’ll receive a bespoke nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs. This includes:
Balanced meal suggestions that focus on nutritious, whole foods
Weekly 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions (1 hour each)
Each week, you’ll have a dedicated 1-hour session (online or in person) to review your progress, overcome any challenges, and refine your plan as needed. These sessions provide support and expert guidance to ensure you stay on track.
Fitness Guidance
Alongside your nutrition plan, you’ll receive recommendations for physical activity suited to your fitness level. This could include simple exercises, walking, or other activities designed to complement your healthy eating and weight management efforts.
Weekly Progress Check-ins (15 minutes each)
In addition to the longer coaching sessions, you’ll have quick weekly check-ins to assess how things are going. These 15-minute calls or messages help you stay motivated and provide an opportunity to make any necessary tweaks to your plan.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to ongoing support. Whether you have questions about your plan or need extra guidance, I’ll be available via email or messaging to offer advice and encouragement.
Final Review & Strategy Session (1 hour)
At the end of the 8 weeks, we’ll review your progress and achievements. You’ll receive personalised recommendations and strategies for maintaining your new healthy eating habits and weight management after the programme. The goal is to equip you with the tools to continue your journey successfully.
