I’ve always considered myself to be very fit and active. However, after a recent health diagnosis, it stopped me in my tracks. Age seems to creep up on you surprisingly quickly – I’m now in my mid-60s.
A few months ago, I could never have imagined myself attending an over-60s fitness class.
Cedric has a lovely personality, is very knowledgeable, always encouraging, and never makes you feel like you’re under-achieving.
There’s a great atmosphere in the class, and after attending for about 11 months I already feel much better. I’ve noticed improvements in my mental wellbeing and my overall fitness levels.
I probably should do more at home to support the good work Cedric covers in class!
