Stamina Rebuild Programme
The Stamina Rebuild Programme is a structured 12-week programme designed to help adults improve stamina, rebuild strength, and feel more capable in everyday life.
Places are intentionally limited so participants receive proper guidance, encouragement and support throughout the programme.
