I’m Cedric Murray, founder of Keep Well Nutrition & Health and Age Activity Club. I work with adults – especially 50+, 60+ and beyond, who want to stay active, independent, and confident as they age.

My approach is practical, supportive, and realistic, focusing on movement, nutrition, and everyday habits that fit real life.

Keep Well was created to offer clear guidance without pressure, helping people move well, feel stronger, and make steady progress at their own pace.

The Stamina Rebuild Programme is a structured 12-week programme designed to help adults improve stamina, rebuild strength, and feel more capable in everyday life.

Places are intentionally limited so participants receive proper guidance, encouragement and support throughout the programme.
