What Age Activity Club Is All About
Supporting adults aged 60+ to stay active, confident and connected.
Age Activity Club is designed to help older adults enjoy safe, welcoming and practical movement in a supportive setting. The focus is not on pressure or perfection, but on helping people stay mobile, steady and more capable in everyday life.
Sessions can include seated and standing options, with exercises adapted for different abilities. Alongside movement, the club also encourages confidence, consistency and social connection – making it easier to stay active as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Our Mission
Our mission is to help adults stay active, independent and connected as they grow older through safe exercise, practical health guidance and supportive community.
Age Activity is about more than fitness. It’s about maintaining strength, confidence and friendships – so that later life remains active, social and enjoyable.

As part of the Age Activity Club, members can also enjoy organised outings and social trips. These experiences offer another way to stay connected, enjoy new environments and share time together beyond the usual class setting.
From relaxed day trips to shared group experiences, outings help add enjoyment, variety and community to the wider Age Activity experience.
