About the Morning Energiser

Morning Energiser is designed to help you move with confidence, stay active, and maintain independence. Sessions use gentle timed circuits that support strength, balance and everyday movement.

  • Warm-up and joint mobility

  • Gentle cardio at your pace
  • Stretch and cool-down
