Hi, I’m Cedric A. Murray, Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach at Keep Well Nutrition and Health. With over 30 years of experience in nutrition, movement, recovery and functional wellbeing, I help adults build sustainable habits that support energy, mobility and long-term health.

🎥 From Stunts to Health Coaching
Before becoming a full-time Health Coach, I worked in the stunt and film industry as part of a professional stunt team. My work included:
- Stunt assistant
- Precision driver
- Physical therapist to performers
This experience taught me how the body works under pressure, how to prevent injury and how to rebuild strength safely – skills I now use every day in my coaching.
