Practical support for a healthier, stronger life.
I help adults improve their nutrition, movement, energy and confidence through realistic coaching that fits into everyday life. My approach is personal, supportive and designed to create positive changes that last.
Helping you move forward with confidence
Better health does not have to begin with a dramatic transformation. It can start with one manageable step.
For more than 30 years, I have worked with people to improve their health, movement, recovery and physical confidence.
My own journey has taken me through sport, physical therapy, the professional stunt and film industry and formal study in health, nutrition and exercise.
Today, I bring those experiences together to help adults build healthier routines, move more comfortably and feel stronger in everyday life.
I particularly enjoy working with people in midlife and beyond, helping them understand that age does not mean giving up on strength, confidence or vitality.
Wellness should feel achievable, not overwhelming
Every programme and recommendation I create is built around four practical principles.
Personal
Your plan is tailored around your lifestyle, health history, abilities, preferences and personal goals.
Realistic
We focus on practical changes that fit into your everyday life rather than rigid routines that are difficult to maintain.
Supportive
You are not expected to do everything alone. I provide guidance, encouragement and ongoing support throughout your journey.
Sustainable
The aim is to build habits that improve your energy, strength and wellbeing for the long term—not just for a few weeks.
Support shaped around your needs
Whether you are looking to make a major change or simply feel a little healthier and more confident, we can build a realistic way forward together.
My work in the stunt and film industry included:
Understanding how the body performs under pressure
Before becoming a full-time Health Coach, I worked as part of a professional stunt team within the film industry.
It was a physically demanding environment where preparation, concentration, movement quality and recovery were essential.
This experience taught me how the body responds under pressure, how injuries can occur and how strength and confidence can be rebuilt safely.
Those lessons continue to influence the practical and measured approach I use with clients today.
Real change goes beyond numbers
The most rewarding part of coaching is seeing people improve not only physically, but also in their confidence, outlook and enjoyment of everyday life.
Better Mobility
Moving more comfortably and confidently during everyday tasks.
Improved Balance
Building stability and confidence while standing and walking.
Renewed Energy
Feeling more motivated, capable and engaged with daily life.
Better Nutrition
Developing a healthier and more balanced relationship with food.
Greater Confidence
Recognising progress and believing in what is still possible.
Professional knowledge supported by practical experience
My work combines academic study, professional training and decades of practical experience in nutrition, movement, physical therapy and recovery.
