Inclusive, confidence-building exercise for adults 60+
Age Activity Fitness Club is part of the wider Keep Well community, helping older adults stay active, steady and independent through supportive, practical movement.
These sessions are designed to feel welcoming and manageable, with no pressure, no competition and options for different abilities.
Whether you want to improve mobility, balance, confidence or general fitness, the aim is to help you feel more capable in everyday life.
Choose Your Payment Option
You can pay at the door or choose to pay online below. Keep things flexible with pay as you go, or build a steadier routine with a 4 week pass.
Pay As You Go
Ideal if you prefer flexibility. You can simply turn up and pay £5 at the door, or pay online in advance.

No pressure – you can also just come along and pay at class.
4 Week Pass
A simple way to build consistency. You can purchase your 4 week pass online or speak to me at class.

A good option if you know you would like to attend regularly.

A mixed seated and standing class focusing on mobility, balance, gentle strength and confidence.
