Age Activity Fitness Club is part of the wider Keep Well community, helping older adults stay active, steady and independent through supportive, practical movement.

These sessions are designed to feel welcoming and manageable, with no pressure, no competition and options for different abilities.

Whether you want to improve mobility, balance, confidence or general fitness, the aim is to help you feel more capable in everyday life.
