A New Chapter, Familiar Faces

A brief note from me

As the year draws to a close and we begin to look ahead, I wanted to take a moment to share a few updates – not as announcements, but as an invitation.

Over the past months, I’ve been quietly working on a new Keep Well website. Not to replace what we already have, but to support it. A simple home where information, videos, resources, and plans can live in one place – for you to explore at your own leisure.

Nothing changes unless you want it to.
The heart of Keep Well remains exactly the same.

The new website – what it’s for (and what it isn’t)

The new site is there to make things clearer and easier, especially for those who:

  • Use online services.
  • Want to revisit exercises or guidance Prefer reading or watching at their own pace.
  • Don’t always catch messages on WhatsApp

It’s not something you have to use. It’s simply another doorway – open if and when you choose.

Over time, you’ll find:

  • Exercise and movement resources
  • Clear information about services and support
  • Updates in one consistent place
  • Brand New* Games & Quiz Page

Proposed outings & activity calendar (looking ahead to 2026)

We’ve also started putting together a proposed outings calendar – gentle, sociable ideas designed to bring movement, fresh air, and good company together. These are proposals, not commitments:

  • Local nature and café walks
  • Seaside trips within easy reach
  • Relaxed activity days, nothing rushed, nothing extreme.

The calendar is there to give you a sense of what might be coming, so you can look, reflect, and decide what feels right for you.

As always:

  • Pace will be considered
  • Community comes first
  • Bring a family member or friend
  • Participation is optional

A look back at our Christmas do

Before we move too far forward, it’s worth pausing to appreciate what we’ve already shared.

Our Christmas get-together was a real reminder of what Keep Well is truly about – connection, laughter, warmth, and people.

Good food, great company, familiar faces, and that easy feeling of being among friends.
Moments like that matter. They stay with us long after the plates are cleared.

Finally

As we step into the next chapter, my aim remains the same:
to support strength, confidence, independence, and community – in ways that feel realistic and human.

There is no rush.
No pressure to do more than feels right.
Just steady encouragement and shared experience.

Thank you for being part of this journey – whether you attend locally, connect online, or quietly follow along.

Keep moving. Keep curious. And above all, keep well.

Warm regards.
