I understand that Morning Power Up is a live exercise class. I will exercise within my own comfortable limits and stop if I experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or feel unwell. I have read and agree to the Membership and Cancellation Terms . I understand that this is a recurring membership and that I will be charged £36 per month until the membership is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Membership information

Monthly payment

Morning Power Up Monthly Membership costs £36 per month. The payment is recurring and will normally renew automatically each month until the membership is cancelled.

Weekly classes

Membership provides access to the regular Morning Power Up live online session, currently held on Wednesdays from 11:00 to 11:30 am UK time.

Missed sessions

Morning Power Up is delivered as a live class. If you are unable to attend a particular session, the session is normally considered missed and is not carried forward or credited.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly membership to prevent future monthly payments. Cancellation should be made before the next scheduled renewal payment. Payments already processed are not automatically refunded.

Health and exercise

You are responsible for exercising within your own comfortable limits. If you have a medical condition, recent surgery, significant injury or any concern about your ability to exercise safely, seek appropriate professional advice before taking part.

Changes to sessions

Occasionally a class may need to be changed or cancelled because of holidays, illness or circumstances outside Keep Well’s reasonable control. Where possible, members will be informed in advance.
